Ticwear stable version: This version has comparatively better system stability and longer update cycle. It is recommended to our users who want stable user experience.

Ticwear beta version: Beta version is updated more often so that beta users can be the first to experience the latest functions. Beta users can help Ticwear team to discover potential problems before stable version and help us grow. To maintain testing efficiency, beta tester applications need to be reviewed by our administrators.

Step1: Find Version switch on Ticwatch through Settings>Update>Version switch

Step2: Click to start version switch. The current version will show on your watch and you can switch to beta version.

Step3: Warning page will be displayed and you can click both "Understood" and check mark to proceed

Step4: Wi-Fi connection is required on watch to download upgrade package. Check to turn on Wi-Fi

Step5: After connecting to Wifi, Ticwatch will start to download upgrade package. When download is complete, you can see the update logs. Click exclamation mark to view more information and click check mark to continue；Then，Ticwatch will start to install beta version. when the process is completed, the watch will be restarted.

Step6(optional): If the watch is reset to pair, you will need to download corresponding ticwear application on your phone to re-pair.

Stable version: tic_4.3.2, tic_4.4.0, ...

Beta version: tic_4.3.2_a1, tic_4.3.2_a2, tic_4.4.0_a1, tic_4.4.0_a2, ...
